A client of mine wanted to sell their Luxury Bal Harbour area Penthouse Condo.
We weren’t getting offers that matched our asking price, so I suggested Renting it first, which we did almost immediately!
Within one week, not only did we begin receiving offers for Full Price, I was able to get my Seller $45,000 ABOVE the asking price!
What was unique about this situation was that I was able to help the buyers satisfy their 1031 tax needs thru this transaction!
